Where laughing ends and tears begin,
I scarcely, barely can take it in...
I look around and you're not here,
Oh God, how can I make this pain disappear?
The seed of hatred planted deep inside,
Help me as I run out of places to hide,
Scent of ranch tyranny fill the air
Hope quickly turns to despair
My life.. please end is my cry
How many of my own blood must die
Wandering, thinking till time has come...
What wrong have I ... done?

A poem written in tribute to those who have lost their lives. One of the many who are suffering is this Palestinian woman from the El Deeb family, who had ten relatives killed near a United Nations school Tuesday, she is seen weeping during their funeral in the Jebaliya refugee camp, in the northern Gaza Strip. We treat it as what we see it...another piece of news. Death tolls become statistics. A charitable pity may be thrown in...but pretty soon everything is forgotten as easily as a mouse click away.
